Camarillo homes sold and Camarillo condos sold from the Camarillo MLS listings shows that October numbers spiked, November declined and December is on the rise. For single family homes, the sold price and price per square foot are holding steady, while for condos they are the same as November.

Camarillo homes sold from the Camarillo MLS listings is holding steady these last few months in regards to the sold price and price per square foot.

Camarillo condos sold from the Camarillo MLS listings for November shows a similar sold price and price per square foot as November ‘08.

The Ventura homes sold and condos sold are seeing a steady number of condos sold but the price per square foot has dramatically decreased since May 2008.
