I want to find out what I can afford, what programs are out there for teachers and first time buyers.
Can My husband and I meet with you?

  2. Leslie Says:

    Hi Krestin,
Years ago, my husband Don and I, put on first time home buyer workshops for teachers about an extra credit program that CalHFA had available to teachers in qualified schools. I don’t think the program is still available but I’ve put a call into Sacramento for that answer.
President Obama is big on first time home buyers and has extended the $8,000 tax credit for first time home buyers to April 30, 2010. This is a huge help!
We’d love to meet with you and your husband. We love to hear your heart and listen and then share. Does next week work for you?
Our office is across the gov’t center on Victoria, near the Acapulco Restaurant.
