Early September inventory levels for Ventura are almost exactly the same as last month, Oxnard’s levels are down a bit and Camarillo has higher single family levels but lowered condo levels. Here are the hard numbers.

The number of foreclosure defaults for Ventura County jumped from about 500 to 600 for the month of August while the Trustee Sales (auction date) remains about the same as July. Sold prices for single family homes in Ventura and Camarillo are on the decline from July while Oxnard remains relatively unchanged. Sold prices for condos for Ventura is upward while Camarillo and Oxnard are somewhat downward.
